Refund Policy

We want Livspeil to be a sanctuary for your mind. If it does not bring you peace or utility, we do not wish to keep your money.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Livspeil for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at karlo.tsutskiridze@gmail.com.
  2. Include your Order ID (starts with P- or sent via Paddle).
  3. (Optional) Tell us why. You are not required to give a reason, but it helps us improve.

Processing

Once approved, Paddle will process the refund immediately. Funds usually return to your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

License Revocation

Upon issuance of a refund, your license key will be immediately deactivated. You must uninstall the Application and delete all local copies of the software (you may keep your data files, though they will no longer be accessible via the Application interface).

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. Our 30-day policy extends this right voluntarily to all users worldwide.
